adidas UltraBOOST 19

adidas designers and product developers worked with thousands of runners worldwide to reinvent the running shoe. Together, they simplified the original adidas UltraBOOST from 17 pieces to just four performance-driven components, creating a lighter silhouette with more responsiveness for a game-changing running experience. The result is adidas UltraBOOST 19, which, with a midsole containing 20% more BOOST material, is the most responsive and energy-charged version of this silhouette to date. adidas UltraBOOST 19 was released at the beginning of 2019.

Nite Jogger

In February, adidas released Nite Jogger, a modern iteration of the original silhouette that debuted in the late 1970s. Harnessing the reflective technology of its predecessor, the 2019 Nite Jogger was engineered for runners that run during dawn and dusk. It features a nylon upper with details such as a pull tab lacing system, a heel counter that extends all the way across the middle of the shoe, and a white BOOST midsole.

UEFA EURO 2020 Jerseys & Match Ball

In November, adidas revealed the home jerseys of its sponsored federations for UEFA EURO 2020, including the jerseys for Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Russia, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, and Wales. Uniting art and football, each design is inspired by the similarities that exist between the participating territories. A unique approach to developing the jerseys saw creators from across all parts of the brand produce hand-drawn sketches, rather than using digital methods.

The jerseys were released shortly after the unveiling of ‘Uniforia’, the Official Match Ball for the tournament. Named in honor of the unity and the euphoria that football can bring, the ball was designed to celebrate the togetherness that UEFA EURO 2020 will inspire, not only in Europe.
